James Todd is wonderful! I was looking for a knife for a retirement gift. Jim had a Todd Davison custom I found through the link in his signature. I PM'd Jim, he was on vacation, but said he would ship it on Monday. It was in my PO Box this morning! I still don't know how I got it so fast.
Plus, Jim would not accept payment until I had an opportunity to inspect the knife to make sure that I was happy with it and that it was what I really wanted. I'm not used to that sort of trust. How cool.
The knife was perfect, sharp, all shiny and snug in it's custom sheath, and just waiting to be lovingly used. Of course, I was so excited about making sure the other gals who are chipping in to purchase this knife had an opportunity to inspect and approve it, that I forgot to send Jim payment this morning. Oops.
Really....it just slipped my mind....Honest!
Jim was such a gentleman. Tonight he PM'd me and asked me if I still had his Paypal email address. hint, hint....
I didn't even finish reading the PM until after I sent his payment. Sorry, Jim! At least I paid on the same day I received the knife. Whew. Was I embarrassed!
Thanks again, Jim, for such a fast, smooth, and wonderful knife transaction. I am just as happy as can be with how everything worked out so well.
