at first I have to apologize for my bad english.
I bought a knife (Busse GW) from Jaxx. Even though one of his terms is that he only want to ship overseas if he knows the buyer I emailed him and he said ok. I was happy (first time
).
Well I got the money transfered and he wanted to ship the knife. He inspected the knife before shipping and noticed a tiny little issue on it. Something was wrong with a tube fastener. What did Jaxx do? He gave Busse a call and managed the whole guarantee stuff. Busse replaced the fastener within a day (yeah one!) and shipped the knife to me. Overall it took roundabout 14 days from the first contact with Jaxx to a very pleased buyer: me.
I am really happy with the deal. In the end all are satisfied. And that counts. Also a very special thanx to all at Busse for a fabulous fast repair. :thumbup:
