Bad JayMT - Deal at your own risk

This is the first time I’ve put anyone on front street - or left negative feedback. I feel this situation warrants a post.

I reluctantly sold this guy JayMT JayMT a knife. I typically avoid international shipping to prevent problems, and that’s exactly what I got.

I sold a knife to this guy once before this particular transaction - through a second party ( sheath maker ), no issues.

This time I got myself ripped off. Before anything else I want to state .. this is MY OWN FAULT.

Buyer was asked to pay via F/F for international transaction. Buyer was provided tracking information ( buyer didn’t even cover shipping cost ). There was a hang up on customs declaration - my fault. I should have refunded this guy then. Buyer wanted the knife shipped to Australia again, I did. Buyer started complaining that his knife was taking too long to arrive. In order to give this guy closure I refunded him his money - he stated he would pay me in full after receiving the knife + shipping.

AGAIN - My own fault

Knife was delivered / JayMT JayMT has conveniently disappeared from any accountability. This guy has been hiding from PM’s, emails and phone calls.

I f___ed up here, never again. My own fault.

Only posting this to inform potential buyers / sellers that JayMT JayMT is questionable at best.

For what it’s worth / the knife he got from me is a SYKCO Scrapper 5 INFI LE # 420 with Rainwalker sheath

Thanks for letting me rant. I apologize for the tone of this post. I’ve never burned anyone here - don’t plan to. I also want to say thank you Blade Forums for being a community of 99 % great people.

Perhaps he had a serious complication in his life preventing him from responding, or perhaps getting your knife for free was the score of a lifetime for him and he is now willing to walk away from bladeforums, and contemplate his illicit gains.

This was definitely considered , which is why I waited this long to post this. JayMT JayMT logged on to blade forums a few times since item was delivered - most recent was 10/02/22. This guy avoided PM’s, stopped responding to emails, won’t respond through PayPal, yet he can log onto BF and check the Busse sales list.

I made a mistake. Lesson learned. Happy to say this this is the only time I’ve had a negative experience like this on Blade Forums.

I Appreciate you guys that look out for one another, the snakes that hide - not so much 😂
