Bad JayMT - Deal at your own risk

I'm a bit confused, but is the individual who pulled this B.S. :

Jay Mitchell Taylor
48 Annesley St.
Leichhardt, NSW Australia 2040

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Does anyone know if Jay Mitchell Taylor is on facebook? Would like to get him run out of the community there too, if he is.

Well it looks like Jay Mitchel Taylor (from Leichhardt, NSW Australia - which is in Inner Sydney Australia) was sued last month by "HATCO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD." This was at the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal consumer and commercial hearings at Sydney. I have no idea what Hatco's complaint with him was, but perhaps it involved trying to rip them off too. It would be interesting to find out what the complaint actually is.
The notice is behind a payall, so here's a screenshot of the listing at the Daily Telegraph:

Looks like they make food service equipment? Scumbag probably defaulted on his hot dog stand payments. If it's the right firm.

I have a friend who lives in Oz and is a police officer.. If you are willing to share the information, I can reach out to him to see if he can do anything.. You would be surprised what the long arm of the law can do when it is knocking on your front door.. This might also be considered as wire fraud, theft of services or embezzlement.. I'm not in Oz, so I don't know the laws, but all it takes is a message to me and I can see what I can do.. No promises, and as they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained

I can reach out to him to see if he can do anything.
....... I can say unequivocally that if he were to do so (assuming he is sworn here in NSW) he would be putting himself in a position of running afoul of The NSWP Professional Standards Command by exercising his designation as a Constable for a personal end. He can reach out as an individual of course but in anyway invoking his position would give the other party a great lever over him. Sadly there is no state offence in NSW covering what has occurred in this instance and it will not rise to a level for which the AFP (Feds) would be looking at it from the view of "Transnational Crime". Sad but true.

Thanks for the update as I know this would constitute theft of services and personal property in the states... I come from a law enforcement background also and this could be a situation like I stated in my original post

I’m a retired LEO, I was going to say the same thing. Basically it would just be the equivalent of tipping him off to a potential crime here in the US.

...... no offence has occurred in this jurisdiction and state police here would not generally investigate a crime in LA. I am not trying to be contrarian I am simply through my own knowledge and experience (read between the lines) trying to make sure that junglefighter's friend is not placed in a predicament. I am all for this getting resolved in luethge's favour and have also reached out privately. Not withstanding everything else, because of his own integrity and desire to do right here, luethge luethge refunded the dollars to the buyer voluntarily (when considering this criminally (not morally) that would be pivotal). For it to involve one of the state police forces here (in this case NSWP) there would need to have been an offence occurring in this state, a complainant (first person - not a tip off) directly to the NSWP officially or a interjurisdictional request for assistance from the agency (in this case the Police in the area in which luethge resides). Given this would be an international request it would need to come up and over via the Feds here. Assuming junglefighter's friend is NSWP him door knocking the idiot concerned would, without the existence of a formal complaint be seen as inappropriate at best. Here this matter would be considered "civil" and not one Police would generally pursue, it would be (see above) one that would be taken up in the Civil and Administrative Tribunal. As I said, not defending it or the like but I would hate to see a crap situation made worse.

Well, you know if it passed through the hands of the US POST OFFICE, you could report it to them, US Postal Inspectors always take this stuff very seriously and may actually send an inspector to his address down under…

The sad part is he could change his handle and go right back to doing it.
Criminals prey upon kindness of others and laugh at how stupid it makes us look.
A good name above all things should a man keep but some people just don't have it in them.
I had a guy do this to me with a Bible of all things.

Often scum like this think they have gotten away with it only for someone to google their name years later and find this thread.
The key thing is to keep it alive.

I'm still looking for the f****r who stole Jaxx's Tony Bose at Blade. One day we will find him.😒
