...one could only hope.Maybe he's In jail ..?
I'm a bit confused, but is the individual who pulled this B.S. :
Jay Mitchell Taylor
48 Annesley St.
Leichhardt, NSW Australia 2040
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Looks like they make food service equipment? Scumbag probably defaulted on his hot dog stand payments. If it's the right firm.Well it looks like Jay Mitchel Taylor (from Leichhardt, NSW Australia - which is in Inner Sydney Australia) was sued last month by "HATCO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD." This was at the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal consumer and commercial hearings at Sydney. I have no idea what Hatco's complaint with him was, but perhaps it involved trying to rip them off too. It would be interesting to find out what the complaint actually is.
The notice is behind a payall, so here's a screenshot of the listing at the Daily Telegraph:

....... I can say unequivocally that if he were to do so (assuming he is sworn here in NSW) he would be putting himself in a position of running afoul of The NSWP Professional Standards Command by exercising his designation as a Constable for a personal end. He can reach out as an individual of course but in anyway invoking his position would give the other party a great lever over him. Sadly there is no state offence in NSW covering what has occurred in this instance and it will not rise to a level for which the AFP (Feds) would be looking at it from the view of "Transnational Crime". Sad but true.I can reach out to him to see if he can do anything.
Thanks for the update as I know this would constitute theft of services and personal property in the states... I come from a law enforcement background also and this could be a situation like I stated in my original post....... I’m a retired LEO, I was going to say the same thing. Basically it would just be the equivalent of tipping him off to a potential crime here in the US.Thanks for the update as I know this would constitute theft of services and personal property in the states... ...... no offence has occurred in this jurisdiction and state police here would not generally investigate a crime in LA. I am not trying to be contrarian I am simply through my own knowledge and experience (read between the lines) trying to make sure that junglefighter's friend is not placed in a predicament. I am all for this getting resolved in luethge's favour and have also reached out privately. Not withstanding everything else, because of his own integrity and desire to do right here,I’m a retired LEO, I was going to say the same thing. Basically it would just be the equivalent of tipping him off to a potential crime here in the US.
