Got a woman with a flu, no buddies can come over and drink and how dare I go out to a bar . Well I have a izula 2 in the mail ,why I buy knives they make me happy like beer and when I can't have beer I get knife and why not buy it from someone who tells me not to it just adds to the confusion

working on a cyber hug as we speak. Everyone just keep their clothes on, ok?

On a phone ,,, so whatever ,,, she's been using computer I'm not going over there,,,no wayy no way

Unfortunately people have become accustomed to getting used by big business in this country. Usually you hand a company a $100 bill for a product and they don't bother to even smile let alone say thanks for your business. The all mighty dollar ain't that all mighty anymore and people really appreciate good customer service on top of good products more than ever. Most companies are trying to sell you some overpriced crap and if you ever do need assistance with the product you have to speak to someone that can't speak your language because customer service is so low on their priority list, it has been out sourced to the lowest paying nation in the world.

That being said, you are right about the plain old honesty and political correctness. Most of us have to tip toe around the work place for fear of getting fired for telling someone the painful truth about their performance. Some times I miss my construction days, no one on that job was afraid to deliver the truth. This ain't happening in corporate America. We have to be kind and gentle, and basically sugar coat the truth, if theres any of it left by the time your done.

Maybe a machete can out chop a Junglas, but I bet the Junglas will hold up 20 times longer in a chopping contest.

And you will indeed look cooler using the Junglas than a Tramontina!

I couldn't resist, Esav. I guess that's mean of me, but oh well.

The Junglas may not be the best at anything, but the handle and sheath are awesome. My cheap Ontario 12" Machete works, but the handle is crap. It has slipped out of my hand, and went flying. That's BS quality IMO. I've had to modify the handle, put an edge on it, and buy a sheath.
ESEE products are "finished" when they leave the factory.

because it's not...the lite machete cuts up an extra large pizza much faster in my experience.

Jeff you hit the nail on the head. We live in a world of snakes, swindlers and plain liars.

You don't hold much back and pretty much tell it like it is. Onward and upward brother.

wow there is alot of talk about the junglas vs the lite machete. I am goint to get both becuase i feel they both are great but play different roles. I think whats happening here is people are putting to much focus on the knife instead of the skill on how to use them. A great knife could be a piece of shit in the hands of someone who does not know what there doing. A shit knife can work great for someone who knows how to use one. The focus should be on the skill set.

At the same time if i am going to chop wood and clear under growth during hikes then the best tool for the job would be a machete. If i want a knife to do many task in which i am skilled in then the junglas will work great even my esee would work great. its all about the user and his skill set.
