So is there any chance that some of you fortunate HOGS will start dumping, errrr, selling on the secondary market, your surplus of SAR 5's?
Maybe, but not less than a $1,000 apiece, I'm sure! Hottest knife around.

I decided against the full house in the hopes that Bravado could score one...
Naw... I just don't care for tan micarta... looks orange-ish to me. So I passed on that one.
The grips feel GREAT in my hand... and I have a medium sized hand. They are hefty, but I wouldn't say heavy. The micarta balances a bit better in the hand for me. The balance point seems to be under the first handle tube... the G10 is slightly rear heavy (submit ASH comment here)... balance point about .25 to .33 farther back.
The strange thing is, the one I was most skeptical about was the pumpkin/grn... and it blew me away when I opened the package... it is OUTSTANDING!
I'm gonna spend so much time with this blade, my girlfriend is gonna get jealous!![]()
SWEET!
I am kicking myself for not getting a green G10...
GO check Ebay in several hours.
word is that there will be some Micarta SAR5s for grabs...
seriously...![]()
The SAR5 is AWESOME! I love it...
