I've bought and returned from jet.com and had no issues - they've been very gracious with me. They're not the ones with the product, though, like Esav stated. They just take the order.

So to update...gave them a second chance (yellow Pac Salt) and they came through fine, it sold through eCop who are well known.
Went ahead a ordered a GB 2...it finally showed up 11 days after I ordered, from the 3rd of the stated "partners" they said were shipping it. The second company actually went so far as to create a tracking # and then never ship anything. I'm honestly amazed anything ever showed up (unlike my first order).
In short, I'm done. I think my thread title sums it up, their prices can be good but they've shown themselves to be very unreliable and the headaches and hassles associated with them aren't worth saving $20. I told their latest useless CS rep this on the phone earlier today.
