JK EDC thread

Ya'll inspired me to carry mine today, too. I love the way this knife has aged, with the darkened bone and nice patina. I really like the shape of the pen blade on this one, and that CV steel gets ridiculously sharp. A great knife.

going to a chrhc picnic today so no fixed blades :(

sometimes I miss modern folders, not while I'm cutting things, but still :)
 
It's roughly the same size as my Manix II XL so, yes, it's a fairly large folder. The Persistance and Ambitious are the smaller ones in that "family".

The build quality is superb for a $30-$40 folder. Bronze washers, nice F&F, sharp and easy to keep that way. They are great users.
 
Still this pair while I continue to try and beat back our yard, lawn mower broke just before we went away and I've only just got it going again :rolleyes:



First hk arrived today as well :D

Have you decided what you're going to put on the Mini Muk?

not yet, thought I'd try Koa, but I've about decided I haven't got enough of it left :(. I've got the Iris knife blank scales on and it's nearly ready for the pass around though :)
