With September just around the corner it's time to start thinking about a Fall Gathering. I would be happy to host another cabin weekend at the Waterloo Recreation Area in Michigan if anyone is interested. It would be nice to see some new faces. How about the first part of October?

I am definitely interested. Will know more about my availability as the date gets a little closer.
Never been to Michigan, and it would be great to meet some of you folks.
 
Depending on when, if I can work it out, I'd be game.

Might try and do like last year, come up early and make a knife. If that works for John.

All the cabins are booked for the first two weekends in October, but the five person yurt on Green Lake in the Waterloo Rec Area is available for 10/12-13. It looks pretty nice, I think I should snag it. Any thoughts?

We're taking a drive out for a look this morning and if it looks good I'll call for a reservation.

OK, we have a change of plans. We now have a yurt reserved for 11/9 - 11/10 at the Pinkney Rec Area Glenbrook Yurt. I checked it out this afternoon and it's a sweet, secluded spot on a small river leading to Half Moon Lake. I hope this change of date works for everyone, we had to take what we could get.
