Highly recommended. Was a problem on the delivery side of it (USPS's fault) and he resolved it quickly and apologetically. Knife was in great conditin with all parts (and an add in to be nice!) along with a personalized typed letter to myself, hoping i enjoyed the knife and its add-ons. great guy to work with, would do business again!
