I was fortunate to have met Joel briefly at this years Blade show and anxiously await additions to this thread.
I have quite a few (never enough) knives made by Joel Chamblin, including a couple that I asked him to make specifically for me. The fit and finish are second to none, and interacting with him was a pleasure. In my opinion, Joel is a true craftsman. Interacting with people like him is really one of the best reasons for collecting knives.

That Horseman's Knife is a true masterpiece. I'd buy a horse just to have a reason to own it!
