I have just this 1 knife by Joel Chamblin. The pattern is similar to the New York Knife Co. Eureka shown in LG4 on page 187.
I appologize for the poor quality picture which does not present this knife to the standard it deserves.

I believe Mr. Chamblin has made a wider range of Traditional style folders than any other maker. In addition to the Jack knives, he has also made a number of vintage Sheffield patterns, including Horseman's Knife and exquisite Pen knives of various patterns, often with carved pearl or carved elephant ivory scales.
I'm hoping that some of these Pen knives will be posted in this thread.

Thanks to all, I really appreciate the kind words. It's nice knowing that your work is appreciated. I feel honored that my name would be mentioned along with these other great makers. Thanks again.

I have quite a few (never enough) knives made by Joel Chamblin, including a couple that I asked him to make specifically for me. The fit and finish are second to none, and interacting with him was a pleasure. In my opinion, Joel is a true craftsman. Interacting with people like him is really one of the best reasons for collecting knives.

Well said, Ed. Visiting with Joel and Sandy is always one of my first stops at the Blade Show. It'd be hard to find two nicer and more welcoming folks...and then there are those great knives to top it off!

Would like to see a photo of the horseman knife that Joel made.

Thanks for starting this thread, I've been a big fan of Joel's knives for quite a while. His workmanship is outstanding and he's a heck of a nice guy, too. That Horseman's Knife makes some statement!!

That Horseman's Knife is a true masterpiece. I'd buy a horse just to have a reason to own it!

Great pics. I love seeing Joel's stuff. Nobody does a better job with fileworked pearl. He had a fancy 4-blade at the BLADE show that I loved. Just a little understated filework on the pearl scales, but he got it just right.

Chris, Your gold lip pearl Swell Center Jack: Absolute WOW ! Everyone of Joel's knives i have seen is a Masterpiece and some of them stand out even beyond that. Your knife is one of these standouts. Truly awe inspiring !
