You really want to know how John does business? I placed an order for a Buck 560 Titanium I had been wanting in response to his "free 110 BG 42" ad. He responds in minutes confirming my purchase and that I qualified for the free 110. Two days later I get an e-mail from him saying they can't get my 560, but are sending my free 110 anyway, no charge. I go out of town for a couple of days, come home and there's a package from Cumberland Knives with not only the free 110, but a sharpening stone as well. Don't know what he had in the 110, but he proved his customer service and has a customer for life now.
