JTKnives owes me a knife...not a good situation.

Praxis is absolutely correct!
We do most of our shipping this way. (Between knives and my wife's lampwork, we're shipping out maybe 20 boxes a week.
USPS sends boxes for free, you print your 'shipping lable' which includes addresses and postage, tape it the box, pop it in the mailbox and that's it!
They will do special pick-ups also.
Pretty cool.

Good luck!!

i got my knife today...sweet little bugger. took a bit longer since it was sent UPS with insurance which i didn't ask for.

btw, he also added the lanyard hole on my knife which just made it perfect for me. JT is one of the good guys. let's just give him a break a bit and hopefully things will get better once he starts using USPS.

i've waited for more than a year, completely paid for, for a high end piece from other big names so a couple of weeks ain't too bad.

thank you JTKnives.

:)

JT rectified the problem, so does this post still have to remain?

He is obviously one of the good guys.

Very Respectfully,
Stefan

I bumped it because he owes a number of people from ar15.com knives. He was paid, said he was working on the knives then said his wife left him and has apparently not been heard from since. He does not respond to my e-mails. I can start a new thread if that's necessary.

Understood.
His wife did leave him and he has been working on getting things strait. He just is going through a little bit of a tough time. He posts in the makers forum if that helps any.

My wife did leave me and it is over now the devorce has gone through a little wile ago. i have been trying to get the knives for ar15 done. a batch of 6 is going out tomarow. its just in the past weeks i have not been in a very good mind set to do these knives and i had allredy put so much time into them with all the grinding and hand stamping that i could not afforde to scrap one. i did these knives to help out a charity so i did not mind knocking off 50 bucks each. all are ground and 4 need to be heatreated. 2 are compleatley done and 4 need cord wrap handles. in the mess of the being single agen i had to get a job and quit being full tiime as it would not pay all the bills so now time has been limited and i have been working on them on saterdays and sundays. im not trying to delay anything at all, i would feal a whole ton better if thay where all done and out the door. there is just so much crap to deal with and now its settleing down and im back in the game.

This is Joe from JT Knives in Port Jervis, NY. I've had a few customers call and mention this thread and thought it related to me. I just wanted to make it clear to Blade Forum members that the thread is about a different company (I believe the business name is jtcustomknives), who has the user name JT Knives. JT Knives Port Jervis, NY has nothing to do with this transaction and is not associated with JTcustomknives. I would also like to say that from the pictures I have seen it looks like jtcustomknives is doing some great stuff and I love his avatar.
