July 2014 Weights and Fitness Thread

Another 400 heavy bag combos and then 50 medium reps for 3 BSP yesterday. Maybe I'll actually go to the gym today.
 
Still doing timed sets, so I don't/can't count. Also, because I teach the sessions, I'm keeping my eye out on others' form to make sure they're doing it right. My brain starts to hurt when I try to count and remember all the reps :D
 
Made it back into the gym yesterday. 250 medium reps for 5 BSP, and 250 light reps for 2.5. 7.5 BSP + 11.6 from before = 19.1 BSP to date.
 
And one more MMA workout. 1000 light reps for 10 BSP and 1000 heavy bag combos. 15 BSP for today, and I am officially beat. 34.1 BSP to date.
 
I have a couple of workouts to add in.

light - 452 = 4.52
medium - 97 = 1.94
heavy - 23 = 0.92
very heavy - 6 = 0.4

Current total BSPs: 19.9
 
I did a quick-and-intense workout today of:

light - 126 = 1.26
medium - 97 = 1.94
very heavy - 4 = 0.26

Current total BSPs: 23.36
 
Yesterday, 250 medium reps for 5 BSP, 200 light reps for 2 BSP, and 25 heavy reps for one more. 8 BSP for that workout.

Today, cardio MMA workout. 1000 light reps and 1000 heavy bag combos. 15 BSP. 34.1 + 23 = 57.1 BSP to date.
 
was on vacation and didn't do any weights.. waiting for my sunburn to settle a bit before hitting them again, lol.

very heavy - 4 = 0.26
