July 2014 Weights and Fitness Thread

Take a day off and it falls to Page 2...

345 light reps this AM.
52.8 + 3.4 = 56.2 BSPs so far for July.
 
Ah yes. Yesterday was 351 kettlebell swings, and sparring instead of heavy bag. Probably counts as about 5 BSP total. Monday was rough. 750 light reps and 1000 heavy bag combos. 12.5 BSP. 67.1+17.5 BSP = 84.6 BSP to date.
 
56 heavy and 1 very heavy reps on bench and deadlift... +2.2 = 17.6 ttd.

I got 305 lb up once on the bench this morning after my regular sets.. been 20 years since I pushed some heavy weight :)

46 heavy reps on bench and dead lift and 4 very heavy dead lifts

2 + 13.4 = 15.4 ttd

light - 120 = 1.2
medium - 94 = 1.88
heavy - 2 = 0.08
very heavy - 4 = 0.26

Current total BSPs: 26.78

I have two workouts to update, now that there's a moment to do so. I'll consolidate for ease of reading:

light - 600 = 6.0
medium - 74 = 1.48

Current total BSPs: 34.26

How are you liking the return to free weights?
 
I have been pretty slow on the weights lately, been concentrating on cardio recently.. got a few sets in this morning on the bench.. 28 heavy reps 1.1 + 17.6 = 18.7 ttd

Lee, how'd the weights feel? I always feel pretty ouchy when I lift weights after a hiatus, even if I've been doing body weight exercises during the time off.
 
Two more, a pull workout then another push.

light - 341 = 3.41
medium - 264 = 5.28
heavy - 50 = 2.0

Current total BSPs: 49.74

I'll do abs tonight and get that number above 50!
