We're headed back to the Amazon jungle in July to teach participants on a foreign TV show how to survive, then leave their ass in the jungle with a machete, canteen, compass, poncho and fire starter. They will also be carrying an RC-6 as a primary survival knife. If they're lucky they will get themselves out of the place we leave them ;) If not, then we will go in an extract them. (My guess is we will have to go find them) Not sure when this special will air, and not sure if we will get video on it but I think we will be able to get a copy after the airing.
 
I want a job Too !!!!!!!!! LOL ...I would like a copy or know when it would air ? time /channel ....that would be cool to see
 
Sounds cool. How much do you guys get to influence how the show runs, its got to be better than most of the survival shows that air.

Seriously, as with most film crews they don't want too much about their show out until after it's aired.
 
The Amazon jungle seems like a pretty nasty place to go find someone who gets lost... do you really plan to get some of them alive? Or to fin some of them AT ALL?

Wow! That sounds like a pretty hardcore survival program... not the stuff we are used to see on TV lately. Keep us posted.

I have 5 weeks vacation and an early RC-4 and a Tramontina....

Will do. I think I am in at 12:06 am, a little more than an hour after you and Mike land.
