Tell me you seriously did jump out of a tree and do that lol.

I've heard of people hog hunting like that but never deer!

Hope the animal rights people dont start a linchin party for this, like that guy who killed the raccoon in his garage and posted pics. But if you realy jumped from a tree and did this, ur awesome.

Wound is too clean. There would have been a geyser of blood. The wound looks post-mortem to me. :D :D

Seriously, was that one cut?

Bro, how many Doe tags do you guys get over there???

as many as two a day:thumbup:

You get two either sex and three or four more anterless only before they make ya purchase more doe tags:D. THis year has changed a little and I havent killed enough to worry yet. As a landowner I dont have to buy a license here:cool: if I hunt my own land.

THe VA archery season runs from 9/1/08-3/?/09---6 months this year:barf:

I saw 10 deer this morning before 9:00 am hunting in the rural crescent on 10 acres. THree bucks. actuall, the wind was blowing purdy strong and I walked up within 40yrds of a 2yr old ish 8pt. He was wearing a little sycamore sappling out and never new I was there;)

Backyard Bucks are fun and can get real big:thumbup:

That looks like two or three cuts.

Not bad, but I jumped out of a tree and did the same thing to a three legged badger and it only took one cut with my scottish claymore;)

WOW! Man....good thing hunting is still legal. I'm sure the Freaks are working on stealing that freedom away from us as we speak. Simply cause it's not something they appreciate, and we all know we have to be liked minded socialists!:grumpy:

Ok...rant off!

Nice work man. Was that a factory edge? How far of a drop was it to the deer? This is actually not an easy thing to do....getting through the spine, muscle, and cartilage can be hard enough when all the conditions are good but coming out of a tree??? Very cool! Congrats.

Don't you know as a hunter, you're supposed to have a picture of the weapon along with the kill?

I'm just grumpy because you made me hungry.
<~~ deer lover, in the non-vegan way.

sweet picture. That is now going to be my wife's background pic. I love leaving her little surprises like that !
