THe NMFBM would have made it all the way through:thumbup:

I love deer meat!

Are you serious T :confused::eek:

Man you need to get that on video next time....then I may believe you:D

Nah, if you say your serious i believe you:thumbup: But Please PM me and let me know for sure.

You gonna try that on those big IL Deer when you go:D

I have taken a deer with a spear the same way. Came down from a ladder stand onto it. Came down through the spine, the deer died instantly.

Great Pics, wonderful action packed story - makes for an exciting post.
I would never doubt someones word if they say it's so. Though I am a cliff dweller, unversed in the art of the hunt, I do come from a long line of butchers ( not one myself)
and I gotta ask, Where's the blood?

as many as two a day:thumbup:

You get two either sex and three or four more anterless only before they make ya purchase more doe tags:D. THis year has changed a little and I havent killed enough to worry yet. As a landowner I dont have to buy a license here:cool: if I hunt my own land.

THe VA archery season runs from 9/1/08-3/?/09---6 months this year:barf:

I saw 10 deer this morning before 9:00 am hunting in the rural crescent on 10 acres. THree bucks. actuall, the wind was blowing purdy strong and I walked up within 40yrds of a 2yr old ish 8pt. He was wearing a little sycamore sappling out and never new I was there;)

Backyard Bucks are fun and can get real big:thumbup:

Interesting...I think I like your game commission better than ours. Our license only includes the Antlered Deer tag. All doe tags are $6 dollars I think. In Allegheny County, they virtually have an unlimited amount of doe tags because of the excessive amount of deer.

Anyways, let's see the entry hole :p

Wound is too clean. There would have been a geyser of blood. The wound looks post-mortem to me. :D :D

Man, what a tough crowd:D

Yes, there would have been a a geyser of blood if I could have taken the photo during the act:eek:.

But then you would think I was Superman:D

Maybe a pic of the "splatter" on my clothes would have been appropriate:thumbup:

LMAO!

Interesting...I think I like your game commission better than ours. .............:p

I love this state...... most of the time:D

About 6 years ago or so ago the good folks of the CommonWealth, including myself, voted overwhelmingly like 70-80%+ o make it a Constitutional State right to: hunt, fish and harvest game.

thats a fact:thumbup:

I think he washed it off well, so we could see what a clean cut/chop he had made.

:D

I am reluctant to belabour the point as they are great photos and lots of fun but
You can see some blood on the fur and I think that if their had been a gusher it might have been hard to get off the fur, and then again I could certainly be wrong. Does look like two cuts though the significance of that eludes me.
I guess we need to call CSI Deer Country :)

That's friggin' sweet. What would make it even cooler would be if you had roared out with a big Tarzan yell while you were in the air and making the cut.

He's just having fun with us. I can't believe how gullible you guys are. That neck cut was after death. There's no way the wound would be that clean. There would be blood puddled up all over the wound, the airway would be full of blood and undoubtedly the fur would be covered in blood. Unless he thoroughly washed the wound and then dried it I call B.S. - "Bologna Sandwich!" I'm not even working for CSI and I can tell that. That fresh red meat sure does look good though. Mmmmmm.

Maybe you could mount a helmet cam to either your head or to the blade and post a video of the next Rambo attack?

Nice use of the info though mate, +1
