June Rendezvous?

Already seeing some special assembly knives listed on Instagram for some crazy prices. Had to comment on the post.

One knife was a 15 boys knife in green micarta. The other knife was an urban Jack in golden jig bone and the third was 33 in golden ale acrylic like on the 15 beer scouts. They all had the etch saying special factory assembly.

A fellow picked up a Dead Skunk Acrylic #85 SFA, where the caplifter was deleted. Pretty neat.

Except that this is a GEC Rally/Rendezvous sponsored by GEC at GEC's manufacturing facility so, I guess i'd be alright if Case or any other manufacture set up on the sidewalk outside GEC to hawk their knives.

waynorth I have to take back my joke about you being here all week. . As I found out that people WERE camped outside the door ALL NIGHT LONG waiting for a chance at the Rendezvous knife WOW!!!
I did not get one but they sure look nice!

and Peregrin you are correct as a LOT of various knives were out on several tables for sale and trade, not just GEC

and please note that his knives were not for sale so he didn’t setup shop, just there and some of the guys asked if he had the prototypes to look at

Ha Ha!! You have to be ONE dedicated Camper to get a first-day Rendezvous knife!!
Sounds like there is a lot to enjoy!!
