Junglas - What does it do?

Whether or not its a combat knife depends on your taste, not what someone else will say. I wouldn't feel at a disadvantage with a Junglas in a survival or combat situation most of the time.

Jeff needs to do some videos of the Junglas hacking some hanging cows and such like Lynn does. JK Any big sharp knife is a devastating weapon. Not being Bruce Lee, having extra reach is good. That said, I won't be carrying the Junglas for concealed carry. It's a bit bulky for that. But the Junglas would be quite effective as a weapon.

The purpose of the Junglas is to look really cool after chopping down small trees. A chainsaw, machete, or axe would not look as good.

so does a ~5" blade...

Obviously my humor(or attempt at it anyway) was wasted on you. Guess you'd have to have been around the ESEE forums for a while to get the hog killer reference. Inside joke...sorta.

Guess I will find out what it does in about 5 days.

Ordered one today, after my newly purchased ESEE 6 clip point blew me away.

Not that I need another large chopper, as I already have a Kabar heavy bowie, a Spec Plus Raider bowie, and a Cold Steel Trailmaster in Carbon V.......

I'm looking forward to seeing how well the Junglas performs at chopping golf balls in half/:)

The Junglas is a batoning and chopping machine machine! Works just the like the RTAK 2 for splitting wood but the sheath is light-years better.
