1095 High Carbon Spring Steel. Steel is Heat Hardened & quenched in oil. Heat Tempered @ 500 degrees for 2 hours, and letting it air cool.

Measurements:
Total Length = 25 ”
Blade Length = 20”
Blade Width = 2” widest
Blade Thickness = 3/16 “
Handle Length = 5”
Handle Width = 1 ¼ widest “
Handle: Black Linen Micarta.
Weight = 2 lb

How thick is the machete?

Thanks guys. The steel is 3/16 " thick. It feels good. Will make someone a good chopper. I'll be doing a video of it showing demonstrations, similar to my other videos (chopping rope, wood, milk jugs, etc.).
