Wow. We all have knives that 'walk and talk'. This one's TALKIN' to me!

Outstanding design. I love the dropped edge. I love the daring cleaver shape. I love the matching profile in the handle, and I love the long fluted bolster. Oh yeah: filework and backspacer. Man, it's got it all.

Dang. I can see a BIG future with this model: The DH3.
