I was able to visit Lake Tahoe some about 5 years ago for a family reunion. Absolutely beautiful area. Really enjoyed my time there.You and I share many of the same interestsI don't get up to the snow quite as much as I used to though. Mainly because there isn't as much snow in Tahoe these days but also because lift ticket prices are insane and I am too old to drive up and back same day
I will be moving to Placerville at some point though and will be within an hour of the resorts...which will be nice.
Enjoy!Knife showed up today, very nice work on the cashew! Everything flush and polished smooth and the micarta is awesome. Very fine texture and a subtle red weave, feels great, and super light. My yellow peanut weighs about 35 grams, this cashew weighs like 21 grams. Only knife I own that weighs less is the Spyderco Ladybug! Carrying the cashew and the peanut today:
