Just A Picture - Traditional Picture Show

Sorry, only just saw your replies :p

I like that little knife!

And a sweet sling - did you make it?

Thanks, the little knife is a JK tin knife I recently put the handle on HERE is the WIP if your interested, quite surprised with how much I like having it around now, not normally into the mini small knives

I'm afraid I did not make the slingshot, it's an amazon, and i expect china import, purchase, works though, small enough my son likes using it :)

really like that bottom knife with the tan handle.

That is a tan micarta handled Ultra light Hunter by JK Knives, it's a passaround I'm in on HERE, it's a very nice knife, I really just wanted to try out the 1/16" stick but it's been pretty handy to have around as well.

Thanks again

Sorry for the sun's glare on the steel, but wanted to capture the brown bone of this 1977 Case 6292 jack in the morning light.

Spectacular Jon!

I seem to be drawn to bright colors. Maybe they keep me from experiencing a seasonal affective disorder.

The Wadsworth, and especially the Case, look rather washed out compared to the marigold bone on the Colonial and the autumn gold bone on the Schrade.

Here's a little more vibrant picture of the Case.

And here is one of my favorite pictures of the Wadsworth.

Duncan, I am knocked to the floor every time you show those exquisitely beautiful old red bone Case knives. Thank you so much!

Thank You Doug, and man I think the Bone of your Case is beautiful as well, the morning sun is great isn't it for bringing out colour!

thanks for your encouragement Doug, it means a lot to me when people comment, even if I dont always reply

The walking liberty is a sundial, using a mercury dime for the Gnomon. I got the watch as a boy in Sicily, 55 years ago. I traded a friends grandmother a 500 Lire Silver coin for it. A small fortune to me, at that time a movie cost 10 lire.

You have a wonderful spirit!! I appreciate that comment you made awhile back, it really resonated with me, and think of it often. It meant a lot. I think the same of you.
