Thank you! The 55 was my first GEC. It has waited 5 years for the 56 to come along. Hope it won't be another 5 years till a 55/56 clip blade in ebony or cocobolo joins them.Very nice! Your 55 is beautiful!![]()

Thanks James. What year was your white owl produced? I didn't jump into the GEC game until late 2015 so I am behind@007hunter Thanks Brian! Your line up of 53s, impressive... all so nice !!! In fact, it was that pic of beautiful SFOs that inspired me to post a group shot today. Yes, the cocobolo on the far right is a White Owl. Seems they're becoming more popular than when they were first released. Hope GEC runs another batch of them before too long.![]()
Love it !!!The moment you realize your new addition to your knife collection matches your clock...

That particular White Owl was released Dec. 2011. Believe it was mid 2013 when I bought it new. Those were the days! Thanks James. What year was your white owl produced? I didn't jump into the GEC game until late 2015 so I am behind. Would love to see couple close up photos of that 68
, and yeah they need to run those again soon (in clip point)!!
Interesting covers! Is that serpentine portion through the middle raised, sunken, or just not grooved like the surrounding material?
