Thank you Gentleman, I just picked up another one just like this one, although I feel the Bone on the newer one doesn't quite cut the Mustard compared to this one here ^^, also some *^%#!!@# ( not nice man ) had gone over the complete blades - AND SPRINGS!! with a dremel of some sort = 4 nights around 3 to 4 hours each night with 220g, 320g, 400, 600 wet and dry - came up not bad - so I must get some time in the up-coming weekend to get some photos of the new "Western Castrator"
I will try and get a photo of the above knife that you guys passed nice comments on - it had a broken blade - so I well...I sort a fixed it...
Here it is before I gently cleaned it up using 0000 grade Steel Wool, as 0000 grade does not remove Patina - 000 and 00 will...

These are quite unique knives in a way really - a bit like the Muskrat but in a Jack style - with two identical blades, these come out with two Spey blades side by side - and the stamping on the blades sorta makes you cross your legs just that little bit!!
