Harvey did have mad photo skills and I do miss his postings.
Your Laguiole pic is very much enhanced by the use of reflections on it's blade.
Guess the use of reflection (and etches for that matter) is best determined case by case.
Myself, I just try not to appear on the blade or bolsters. A reflection like that would certainly ruin the aesthetics. 😜

I just didn't want to say that.
Anyways... it's not how many but how much (they were enjoyed) and that's even more difficult to quantify. So let's just say I felt strongly about more than half of them my friend. :D
