Sarah, that blue beauty is stunning, with or without the etch. You have outstanding taste in knives.

Wow, Robin, those are truly wonderful classics! That frog looks fat and happy. Nice pictures.

Hi Duncan, it's been too long since we have spoken, great to see you Brother.

The knives from the top clockwise are.
Pre 1892 Wostenholm, blade marked "Civil service Canada".. Voos. Pauls Bros NY ECHO brand, We had much discussion about what company may have made the knife, everyone including myself thought it to be an American knife possibly NYKC. I found a listing on Ebay with the exact sane knife, shield, bone jigging exactly the same, made by Krusius Bros. Pauls Bros were sellers and had knive made in the states and germany. It's a really pretty knife imo.
Next is a 4 line Camillus then a Remington and finally a USA marked Camillus.

Hope all is well with you Duncan

Best regards

Robin

Thanks Paul. These little guys showed up in numbers at my Daughters, Grey tree frogs, their underside is shocking yellow and apparantly they can change to yellow all over. Great little critters :D Here's another shot.

Hi Ryan
Keep your eye on the auction, I've seen quite a few recently listed under easy open. This one is close to full but I think it may have been stored with a gassing celluloid knife, the blade has some strange pitting above the slot. The bone is great though.

Best regards

Robin
