No worries, I'm just gonna end up going to get another one at the store I think. Although I may have to check the "other" forum... They might have a good deal on one.Yeah sorry I went and snarked that up-- someone came and bought it already.
On a separate note, y'all remember how Thrillbilly walked off with a bunch of steel, including the contest prize that was supposed to go to B.Mauser? Well, long story short, I am making him another knife, and since he had to wait for many many more months than I thought he had, and was incredibly patient, we decided just to let him design his own knife. He wanted something that had BK9 styling, but in a more of an 11 size, for EDC carry here in the fine state of Colorado, where the legal limit is 3.5". So, I put together a little design with a blade influenced by the 9, and a handle influenced by the 11. Ironically, I drew up the initial sketch on 9/11, so I figured it's fitting to dub it the 9-11, for a multitude of reasons. Managed to get it ground out today while I was working on gladius orders, and thought I'd throw up a WIP pic. I like this one a lot, and would like to know what you all think.
