We can get anything long gun classified as soon as we pay. Handguns are 48 hours.
 
Sheesh, 10 days would drive me crazy. We get what we want as soon as we fill out the form and they make the call to get it approved. If you have a ccw permit here, you just fill out the form and they take a copy of your permit and you are on your merry way.
 
Tenks, tenks. Should see range time this weekend. I'll bruise my shoulder with some 00 recoil before changing out the stock for a pistol grip/ AR style stock + recoil reducer.

All firearms have a 10 day waiting period. Yay CA! Plenty of time for the background check to clear.
 
While we are on guns......I ordered 8 days ago and am still waiting for Buds to ship. :grumpy: My echeck apparently finally cleared yesterday, so I figured my guns would ship today, but no luck so far. I'm getting antsy and I want my new precious's.

All you gun owners are making me jealous. I have just started stashing away a few bucks here and there for my first .22 handgun, got a ways to go. I don't feel good about stashing more than a few bucks after my shifts here and there with another little one on the way, so it will be awhile before it accumulates into enough for a decent pistol. Slow and steady wins the race...
