Just arrived today. Move over, my Moras!

I remember back in the 80's when Cold Steel was a company that I looked up to! They were making some good stuff back then!!

It seems with success LT has become greedy and has dropped quality time after time. Lately it has been some seriously crazy shit like the tactical bat, sharpie, etc... NOW he is blatantly ripping of other peoples intellectual property!

I am sorry, but IF he will go as low as to rip off designs from a company, why wouldn't they cut corners in production for a few bucks also! Where do you stop being a shmuck???

I would not trust a CS product any farther than I could piss!! I see a company that used to be a good one trying VERY hard to make itself one of the lowest in the industry and I feel they have almost made it to the bottom! Here is to your success CS! Welcome to the lowest rungs on the ladder! It was a long climb down, but you have almost made it!!

This reminds me of an old quote from Mae West - "I climbed the ladder of success, wrong by wrong."

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... just look at all the Buck 110 knock-offs. I wouldn't trade my Russell Belt Knife or my 110 for imitations. That being said, the Russell Belt Knife has been around for a long time -- since the 1950s, I think -- and I don't know how long patents last or can be renewed.

Cold steel does have some interesting products, and wants a foot in the door of every niche available. Did anyone see the comb that turns into a plastic dagger? Interesting, but you gotta wonder what crazies are bringing this stuff on airplanes. Some innocent muslim is going to get stabbed at 30,000 feet with one of these, (just an example) and then cold steel will definetly be getting some media attention.
