Congrats. Your money will be yours! Her accidents and tickets will be hers. It's great not having to babysit another person. Get yelled at when she thinks I'm telling her what to do. Having to put her back together when she breaks and falls apart just after demanding respect. Just married stuff IOW. :)

Our problems were directly attributed to our drug use. We could not stay clean together. We were holding each other back. This goes without mentioning all the anger and resentment that comes with it.

I had a relationship like that once - I don't miss it, but I don't regret it either. Congrats on recognizing the issue(s) and taking the steps to move forward. A lot of people just stay in the same position until the anger and resentment becomes too much and then *SNAP*.
