Waiting for it to cool off before I mow grass so I thought I'd try to make a small knife just for fun.

What did you try with the small knife? I'm confused.

Thanks guys. It was fun making although it took more time than I originally thought. It's heat treated and tempered with ebony scales and stainless pins. I wish I had smaller pins but used what I had on hand. A sheath would be cool!

I know a lot of people into miniatures, my aging aunt especially. I'm going to show her your pics, I know she'll get a huge kick out of it! Show us the sheath if you make one, if you don't mind. That's one helluva neck knife, haha! ;):p:rolleyes:

Funny! I don't think I'll hear Doug Marcaida say "It will cut, or It will Kiilll" ;)
I may just try to make a sheath:rolleyes:

Yes that's way cool ! And more useful than a lot of us would like to admit. For many people that's probably all they need excluding kitchen work. Trims threads, opens mail, opens boxes (boxon), sharpens pencils, digs out splinters and on and on.

You really had me with the first photo; looked like a MUCH larger knife . . . then WHAMO' wow that's way small.
Good stuff.

That's one badass mini blade! I was just like Wowbagger, I thought that was just a cool looking "normal" sized knife at first, haha.

I bet that little bugger was tough to get those scales attached.
