Yeah mang, I'm so down for this one! SR-101 has been in my experience a very very hard steel and excellent slicing/cutting capabilities... This will be an amazing camp chopper.

Perfect thickness for this length blade IMO for ease of carry and use...otherwise it would be too awkward and have less utility. Please no choil! Having a choil on a 13.5 blade is silly and counter productive. Choking up on a 13.5 blade for finer tasks....Please...

Can't wait for this blade! It looks to have a pretty low sabre grind, so it will still have plenty of weight forward in the blade at 3/16".
