Just home from Knob Creek.....

That's a lot of sweet blades right there. I'm not a big customs fan but it's hard not to like one or two out of that bunch.

The FSH on the right with the red and black handles is fairly killer.

As for the guns well thats a whole other ball game. Glad you had a good time there, i'm green with envy.

What a spread. Thanks for the pics!

Nice to see the arctic white, to me it looks best with black and tan. Too bad there was not a white Micarta choice. I imagine if you are in snow total invisibility would be preferred...

I wonder where all that snakeskin come from? I thought Busse stopped offering it / couldn't get it made properly anymore?

Those snakeskin slabs on the NMFBM are just beautiful!

I asked Garth about the Snakeskin and he said this was the last of it (for machine work) and he had to dig through the shop for it. He said these were the last pieces big enough to do any machining on.

All gone now from what I understand

I was afraid that might be the case! As nice as they look on the NMFBM, the meltdown line really isn't my cup of tea.

As selfish as it sounds, I can't help but feel sad that they didn't get used on some knives that I like better than the NMFBM...

(disgregarding the fact that I'd prolly never get my hands on em anyhow, regardless where they turned up!)

Still, it's a real treat to see such rich coloured, beautifully defined snakeskin being introduced into the wild again.

great pics, thanks for upping them for us!:thumbup::thumbup:

Yes, the arctic looked good with the black/tan. I also liked it with just plain black G10. Kind of a stark contrast. The Creek rocked!!

Thanks for posting those Eric....always look forward to your snapshots for my archives.

BTW...the snakeskin NMFBMLEs had # of # on them, do you remember what the count was.....ie, how many were made?

Thanks!!!
