Just home from Knob Creek.....

Thought the white and G10 Black photographed well. Saw a nice charcoal blade coating with Black/Tan. Wish that was more available. The urban gray and crinkle black are kinda garish looking in comparison.

Was good to see youse guys.

Not gonna name names cause I'll forget some, but some old friends, some new, always a good mix.

Lotta nice blades were there. Shoulda made the trip guys, woulda been worth it for the blades alone, and adding the "ratta-tat-tat" background music, plus the Busse crew, and the hogs, doesn't get much better (unless there was a Fogo on site...)....

Best start makin plans for April hoggies.

That's a wise man right there

Sure sorry I missed this one, it would have been great to see you Hammy :) I'm off to check the April calendar...

Thanxx for the pix, Eric!!:thumbup: Looks like a lotta great stuff went down Kentucky way... :D

Is the SS on the NMFBM standard, or magnum machined? If standard, I won't feel so bad about not owning one...

That is what it looked like, was curious if they made an exception for the NMFBM. Oh well :) ...

Hey Eric - thanks for sharing! Did you get any pics of the 1911 grips? What were they going for?

Thanks, Bill

Bill,
Sorry I didn't get any pics of the grips. I bought a few sets and I'll snap a pic of them for you but it won't include them all. Price of the grips was $65-$75 depending on the material.

:D:D

I asked Garth about the Snakeskin and he said this was the last of it (for machine work) and he had to dig through the shop for it. He said these were the last pieces big enough to do any machining on.

All gone now from what I understand

I asked Garth almost a year ago if he would rehandle a SHSJ for me in Snakeskin and he told me at that time that he had none left that wasn't already cut up into handle slabs. I guess this is what they were cut up into. ;)
