I recently picked up another sebenza and, as I was out taking pictures of various knives this morning, I decided to do a couple of this one. It's Spirograph damascus with an Amboyna wood inlay.

Also a square close-up shot of the pivot area which I took earlier to use as a forum avatar,

Great weekend. You shoulda seen the one that got away....

Just received a new scale from BarryH. As always Barry impresses with his skill. The scale is Natural G10.

As always my pic skills never do the subject justice.

I cleaned up the Sebenza from the camping trip above. Took it apart, hit it with some 600 and 1200 grit, and added a little leather fob. I think it turned out OK for a user.

I'd been after a Mammoth Ivory Sebenza for a long time as I was waiting on a good second-hand one coming up for sale.

I had the chance to buy one recently and it arrived this week. Bark cut with Basketwease Damasteel,

A large Sebenza arrived with me yesterday. A bit different as the Micarta models usually have a stonewashed blade and this is polished.

My Boxwood Elder Sebbie has arrived so I decided to get straight out and take advantage of the snow to take a slightly different picture. Same old stage but, as the blade steel was coming out very dark with the duller weather, I shot them from the side a little this time rather than straight on.

It's got a beautiful grain and I am happy now that I took a friends generous advice and waited on the ones with some reds in the wood.

Hi folks,

This Sebenza arrived recently and I wanted to show a picture. It's a horribly dull day here so they are of a slightly poorer quality than I would have liked.

Anyway, it's a large model with Mammoth Ivory and Raindrop pattern Damasteel.

I'm nearly all finished on my 'Seven Sebbies' hunt, with only one more to arrive. Then I'll be carrying and changing one every day :D

Here's number six,
