Just ordered my first Hinderer!

Mine has a pretty weak detent, IMO; but it still flips fine, with no wrist action required. (I usually use the thumbstuds, anyway; but it was a matter of figuring out the flipping technique, or grinding the thing off)
 
Like the g10 color. Make sure the copper color standoff won't clash with the scale. I would leave it just the way it is. The filler tab is a cool idea.
