Just picked up 120!

Big, Looking closely at your knives I think they are from Group 4 1981-1985. Yet photos can be deceiving. DM
 
In light of the model 120. The FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) recommends using a 7 3/4" bladed knife for quartering & boning large bovine and other animals. The USDA Federally Inspected facility I worked at recommended a 8". So, this model is right there, I've used it many times for this (with witnesses) and didn't think I needed more knife. DM
