Just pix of knives

Yes, please! Let me know how it holds up. You chose a great steel to work with, and the blade itself looks slick

I also enjoyed seeing your sketches. I assume this European knife maker was open to all your feedback/suggestions?
Yes, I was looking for wharnie because I have to cut open or fold boxes very often, on a daily bases...
Hindered's wharnie would be great ( influence in the form would not be a secret...), but I didn't want to trash such knife, also I'm not very fond of framelocks... It was supposed to be a knife that will work as a weapon ( if ever needed ), and do some basic EDC cutting.
This is how I came to the disk/wave idea with Hinderer-ish geometry.
Rat 1 was obvious choice for handle donor because it's inexpensive, built very solid, and I find it very ergonomic.
He suggested the blade material, he did the HT.
I did touch the cutting edge little bit with fine Lansky diamond stone and strop it after this. No issues of any kind, I think when sharpens I feel it as I sharpen harder VG10 or S30V. I find it very easy to work with.

Very happy with the knifrmaker, he doesn't have a site, otherwise I'd post it here, I'll ask for permission and will post some of his work ( his pictures).

I'll keep you posted how it holds edge, I would expect it'll get dull quick with such a small angle but it cuts just fine food and paper after I sliced this morning my cardboard box from the big screen that was supposed to go in the recycle...
Very happy, sorry for the long post...

I love the look of this knife, but it looks like there are some hot spots.

Have you used it for long periods of time?
