I've never tried camembert in coffee, but when I was about ten years old, I used to put pieces of camembert to melt in my breakfast hot chocolate under the horrified gaze of the whole family.
The camembert would melt slowly and I remember a delicious taste of the half-melted camembert and chocolate mixture.
