If you're talking about in the 2nd photo from the top, it is a Spyderco Military titanium with an M4 blade swap and an etch job it appears...
If you're asking about 2nd from top with the ZT's, sorry, no clue.

This knife was built for a friend who just celebrated 2 years (hence the marks on the flat side) sober. The blue scales represent the color of the 4th edition Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. He also asked for the AA unity symbol on the grind side. Blade is .140" CPMS35VN, heat treated by TruGrit. Every detail of the knife is of the customer's design.
