I'll tell you though......that thing will slice as good as anything now!! Josh does a great job!

After I got done with mine, I think it was the sharpest knife I've ever had. The S35VN in that thing took the keenest edge I could imagine. That knife was so smooth that I must've had like 10 micro-cuts in the back of my thumb from one evening opening and closing it. I had to stop playing with it if I didn't want to pass out from blood loss.

How true brother!!
Have a couple of lovely scars from that bitch.......but I still love her!!!!
I had to tighten the pivot a tiny bit.......it's so smooth the blade would drop on my thumb!!

How's that Selkirk working out for you?
I own one but haven't had a chance to take it out yet

It gets better with use. I had some rough edges on the scales that have smoothed out over time. Now it's pretty comfortable. Edge retention is ok but the blade does get scuffed up. Sharpens easily. I love the blade shape and grind. Wish it was a little lighter, but the heft does inspire confidence.

Watching a tv show following sheriffs officers in Colorado. Noticed one of them cutting open a bag with human remains in it with a Benchmade Mini Grip. One of the old ones with the oval hole. They showed it several times before I thought to take a pic, so it's not the best look at it
