I wish I could do that with my knives, even my customs bounce around in my pocket or loose in a box of some kind. I gotta congratulate you on your ... I can't think of the right word for it but you for lack of a better word, compulsive storage method. I mean that as a compliment, my knives all look used, if I own it and don't have to give it back to anyone it's obvious it gets used, none of my blades look pristine after I start to carry them.:)

ETA, I think I'd need at least 20 pelican cases if not more to store my knives like that, I liked knife rolls the best but nothing beats just having them sitting out where they're easy to get and look at..

The Gold and White switch blade on the left in the photo, takes me back 45 years to my teens. It still looks good and the memories still cause the rush of excitement after all those years.
