Just pix of knives

I was commissioned by a Fresno PD detective (who carries one of my Combat/Utility on his vest) to build an upgraded version of his as a gift to a friend who will retire this year. Its a huge honor to be asked to do this for personal reasons. One of the blessings of sobriety, I guess.

Chisel ground .200" Nichols stainless damascus hardened to 60-61RC with cryo. Note the blue G10 liners, to symbolize the "thin blue line" that stands between society and chaos.

Love the Elmax and the ZT 0770CF as a whole Joe. A lot complain about the assist but I like it. Much better than the old Camillus Heat series. The ZT is really ambidextrous and the torsion spring flips it open with the force of a BM AFO with it's big coil spring. I see you're just as a bad as I was in Jersey, I always carried some kind of auto, my favorite was an old Double Action Buck 110, wish I still hag it.

Hey Ted!!!
I always have an auto on me brother!!! I kinda gravitate to Pro Tech......specifically the TR-3 platform. I find it the most ergonomic and DAMN.......those bitches fire HAAAARD!!!
Fun knives that are made very well from an awesome company!
