Sorry. I wish I had more info. I bought it from a police catalog around 1996 out of Bellingham Washington. The item description just said non-magnetic knife. They have a few clandestine/secret agent items.
The knife is very hard. Sharpen with sandpaper. It's harder than micarta. It was manufactured before the G10 name was used. However I would guess it is made from the first version of G10.
