Just Released! Edge Angle Guide!

That's pretty neat, i would love some pics of how to use it before i decide on ordering it or not. I think i get it though, put the knife in the notch and eyeball it and see if it matches the guide?
 
I was about to order one....then I saw the $15 shipping charge. Ouch.

Hopefully it makes it to full production and a dealer with reasonable shipping charges carries it.
 
I just had the same problem. I almost ordered one, until I looked at the shipping costs. Holy cow.

Indeed...I'll wait to buy one later. I am interested in it though. Looks like it can be very useful.
 
Shipping cost is a big let down but I will still get it. Hope it will be improved for the future customers. :)
 
I ordered one. I will be extremely disappointed if the complaints result in Spyderco pulling this one.
 
I already payed for mine, I better get it. All these shipping complainers shouldn't stop you from selling to people a little less...well, cheap.

i oredered one and shipping was $8. (or was it $9)

still a little high maybe, but not $15.

Hawaii. I'm not complaining that Spyderco is trying to gouge me on shipping, just that UPS/FedEx's starting rate for shipping to HI is pretty steep at around $15 compared to USPS's $2 (and possibly less). I generally don't buy things from places which only ship UPS/FedEx for this exact reason.
