Just Released! Edge Angle Guide!

I got mine, here is some feedback for Sal.

-Very sturdy trinket.
-Awesome finish all around.
-Selection of angles covers all (and more) common knife sharpening angles.
-Awesome size/shape, fits in my pocket (on my keychain) nicely.
-Seems very accurate
-Easy to use/figure out.
-Safety is clearly in mind at spyderco (adding of tip gaurds)

I probably wont use it as much as a knife itself, but it's a great idea and a cool addition to any spyderco collector's repertoire(sp?).

I just tried it for the first time on my Byrd Cara Cara. Perfect 30 degree edge which is close to what I estimated and was trying for.

My eyes aren't the greatest up close but I find the numbers very easy to read. The tip guards are an excellent idea too and should be continued with the product . This is one of those "why didn't someone do this years ago? " situations.

I'll buy a few more if they are continued.

One suggestion for the production version would be to consider putting the numbers on both sides.

Couple "how to" pictures, or a link to a short YouTube video would help too. As an example, am trying to figure out how I would use the tip guards without blocking my view.

Can someone post a pic, please?
