Hunting/fishing/trapping - Zackerty Serrata - Investment cast 440C, cuts like a buzz saw and very nearly self sharpening. Holds a micro serrated edge for a very long time, great for getting through fur, just don't baton with it.

EDC favorite - SOG Vulcan large tanto (I knoe people like to hate on SOG but I haven't had any problems with this whatsoever, tight lock up and no blade play at all)
Dressy - usually carry my SOG buried in my pocket
