Guilty pleasure - No-name "gift knife" folder I got in a package with something else. Unknown origin, unknown steel, but sharp as the dickens.

Sheesh, I just don't have a lot of knives. I'm new here! I just found the forum looking for suggestions for a new EDC.

"Beater/no worries" and "EDC favorite" are the same knife, an old Gerber AR 3.0, which is not a great knife and is what I am looking to replace.
"Dressy" - I need a nice gentleman's folder. Closest I have is a little Leatherman Style CS keychain multitool.
"I don't care if it's too big or scary right now" - An old Cold Steel Carbon V Gurkha Kukri, which I mostly use for gardening and brush clearing
"Fixed blade favorite" - My grandfather's engraved Western W49 Bowie, which is pretty badical
"Guilty pleasure" - Closest thing I have is a no-name, stamped-steel Japanese 8" chef's knife that feels cheap as heck but cuts like a devil
"Hunting/fishing/trapping" - Haven't done enough of these lately to have any knives dedicated to 'em. Hopefully that'll change soon!
